ResponsibilitiesEgypt National Tours, LLC and their representatives, and or "Group Sponsors"act only as agents in making arrangements for Hotels, Transportation, Sightseeing, Restaurants or any other services in connection with the itinerary, and all reasonable care will be made in such arrangements. However no liability is assumed for any injury, damage, loss, accident, hijacking or delay to persons or property due to an act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour. The operator accepts no responsibility for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, mechanical breakdowns, quarantine, government restraints, weather, activity schedule changes or any other cause beyond their control. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services of equal value without notice. LiabilityCarriers, airlines or cruise ships provide transportation for tours only for such transportation and are exempt from responsibility for any act, omission or events during the time passengers are not aboard the craft.
InsuranceIn view of statutory or contractual limitations which may apply, the purchase of travel, cancellation, accident and baggage insurance is recommended. Deposits$500 per person due with initial reservation and form. Balance due 50 days before departure date. Reservations made 45 days or less, before departure date, requires full payment if accommodations are available. After 45 days "Group Sponsored" reservations will require a $300 late booking fee, if accommodations are available.

BAGGAGE: Each passenger is responsible for contacting the domestic flight carrier to be aware of what the flight baggage regulations are for that carrier and their overweight and over baggage limit charges. Each domestic carrier is different and they change constantly, so don't assume. Weigh your luggage on a home scale and juggle it if necessary to meet the weight requirement. Most domestic carriers, with the showing of your e-ticket at check-in, will directly tag your baggage to your final destination. Be sure to check with your selected domestic carrier for this easier travel option. Coming back from overseas the same applies for final destination baggage tagging plus they usually allow up to 70 lbs. per bag and 2 checked bags. PASSPORT: All U.S. citizens are required to have a valid passport with at least 6 mo. leeway on the experation date. VISA: All U.S. Citizens are required to have a visa to enter Egypt, which can be obtained at the Cairo Airport before going thru customs. The cost is anywhere from $15 to $25 ...exact change please.
